Delivery Areas & Charges

We currently deliver to England, Wales and Scotland.

  • England: Free delivery
  • Wales: Free delivery
  • Scotland: £20 delivery charge

Any applicable delivery charge will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery Times

Our estimated total delivery time is 3–8 working days.

This includes order handling and transit time. Delivery times may occasionally vary due to product availability, courier delays, adverse weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

For larger furniture items, our delivery team or courier may contact you to arrange or confirm delivery.

Large Furniture Deliveries

Please ensure that the furniture you order will fit through all required access points, including doors, hallways, staircases, lifts and gates.

Customers are advised to check product dimensions carefully before placing an order.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are complete and accurate when placing your order.

If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, restricted access, nobody being available for an agreed delivery, or another issue within the customer's control, additional re-delivery charges may apply.

Any applicable charges will be communicated before re-delivery is arranged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue. We may request photographs to help us assess the problem.
